We're looking for entry-level Manufacturing Operator Assistants to join our team in Newport Beach. In this role, you'll be responsible for moving products between different areas of our facility using carts. This is an active role that involves significant walking, standing, and repetitive tasks.

Work a Compressed Schedule and Enjoy Long Weekends!

You'll work a compressed work week, which means you'll work 4 days one week and 3 days the next, alternating back and forth. Each 12-hour shift (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch) contributes to 80 hours every two weeks. We have both day and night shifts available:

Night Shift: 5:15 PM - 5:30 AM

Day Shift: 5:15 AM - 5:30 PM

No matter your shift, you'll consistently enjoy a 3 or 4-day weekend!

• A1:
  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday (5:15 AM - 5:30 PM)
• A2:
  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday (5:15 PM - 5:30 AM)
• B1:
  Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday (5:15 AM - 5:30 PM)
• B2:
  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday (5:15 PM - 5:30 AM)

• Stand and/or walk continuously on average 10 hours on a daily basis
• Push and pull a cart that weighs up to 50lbs for up to 10 hours a day
• Lift and carry lot boxes that weigh up to 6lbs to 7lbs, using both hands, for up to 10 hours a day
• Stoop and reach overhead frequently
• Wear a mask for up to 10 hours a day
• Wear a full gown, clean room smock
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Employees are paid biweekly
• Base rate $18.29 + shift premium ($0.30 for day shift / $0.60 for night shift) + built in overtime (compressed work day 8+3.5)
• Benefits:
