You will learn how experienced producers position luxury properties, communicate value with discerning clients, and manage listings from pricing strategy through closing. The focus is on professionalism, consistency, and long-term growth, not shortcuts or volume-focused tactics. This is a strong fit for agents who want to sharpen sales skills, strengthen negotiations, and build a respected presence in a luxury niche.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+

Responsibilities
  • Learn and execute luxury listing presentation strategies
  • Guide sellers through pricing, preparation, and listing timelines
  • Manage active listings from launch through closing
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with luxury clients
  • Coordinate showings, feedback, and negotiations
  • Follow proven systems for follow-up and client care
  • Maintain market knowledge specific to luxury real estate
  • Uphold brand and service standards throughout each transaction
  • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in home buyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
  • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price
  • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
  • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
