- Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price.
- Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including paperwork, postings, and a marketing plan that leads to quick sales.
- Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal for the client.
- Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to attract potential buyers quickly.
- Learn and execute luxury listing presentation strategies.
- Guide sellers through pricing, preparation, and listing timelines.
- Manage active listings from launch through closing.
