This is a contract and remote role for a Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX Fine Homes. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, marketing properties, guiding clients through the buying or selling processes, and executing negotiations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, advising clients, coordinating property showings, and managing transactions from start to finish. The agent will also act as a reliable resource for clients regarding local market trends, procedures, and available loan modification tools.

• Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property marketing, and sales strategies
• Experience in client relationship management, customer interactions, and maintaining excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and transaction coordination
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, property listing platforms, and CRM software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and achieving targets
• Licensed real estate agent in the state of California
• Knowledge of short sale processing and loan modification solutions is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
