Where Passion for Hospitality Meets Limitless Opportunities! At XRG, we are committed to excellence and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking for a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in our restaurant.

• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout designated areas, complying with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Properly set up, operate, and clean all kitchen machinery and equipment, storing it correctly.
• Clean and sanitize food service, preparation ware, dishroom, pot room, and kitchen areas.
• Scrape and spray all ware before washing, rack china and glassware, and ensure all ware is clean and sanitary.
• Take out trash, sweep debris, and maintain a clean floor environment.
• Practice proper food handling procedures and proper storage of all ware and chemicals.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and maintain a neat workstation.
• Move furniture and equipment as directed, and comply with safety and health procedures.
• Report any equipment failures or safety hazards immediately.
• Complete nightly, weekly, and opening/closing duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License and 18+ years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Indoor and outdoor work environments, exposed to hot/cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors. Fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting requiring varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and climbing stairs.

Range: $16.50 - $20.00/hour, DOE.
