• Minimum 5 years of experience in high‑volume restaurants.
• Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine and a passion for learning more.
• Quick learner with the ability to memorize detailed menus.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
• Commitment to cleanliness and professionalism.
• E-Verify participation required.
