The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the selling team and enhances the client experience during the holiday season. This in-store role welcomes clients, assists with transactions and service requests, and works across store areas based on business needs.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their needs.
- Process point-of-sale transactions and help resolve escalated customer issues by connecting clients with management.
- Follow up on customer requests and support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
- Introduce clients to store services and assist in different areas of the store as needed.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
