Provide friendly, efficient service to customers and associates from an in-store service hub. Support buy online, pick up in store orders, easy returns, tourism information, and appointments for in-store services.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers, creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Assist with buy online, pick up in store orders, returns, tourism information, and service appointments.
- Use store technology and participate in merchandising and operational tasks.
- No experience required; candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
