Position: Territory Manager - Surgical (Orange County)

Territory Manager - Surgical (Orange County)

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Manager to promote our proprietary ultrasonic technology in the spinal and neuro surgical markets across Orange County. The role involves clinical sales, relationship building, and new product launches in hospital ORs, surgery centers, physician offices, and operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis at 100% or greater.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all BGS and Ultrasonic products.
  • Prospect and secure new account opportunities.
  • Cross‑sell and upsell to expand account business and support capital sales.
  • Launch new technologies in assigned territory.
  • Drive regional sales in existing accounts and penetrate targeted accounts.
  • Coordinate and conduct in‑services for surgeons, OR staff, and sterile processing before evaluations.
  • Provide onsite clinical support during the evaluation process.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Managers and distributors to implement strategic sales models.
  • Assist with labs, trade shows, training, and convention activities.
  • Complete all required product and sales‑related training curricula.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by upper management.
Job Requirements
  • BA/BS degree.
  • 2–3 years of B2B, operating‑room, surgical or medical‑device sales experience; a hunter mentality is essential. (Internal applicants: 1 year as ATM with Bioventus, plus 6–12 months equivalent sales experience.)
  • Valid driver’s license in the United States.
  • Exceptional customer‑service, interpersonal, and communication skills, including proper phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Highly detail‑oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.
  • Demonstrates responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
  • Strong decision‑making, sound judgment, and critical‑thinking abilities.
  • Motivated to work independently within a fast‑paced team environment.
