The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides outstanding customer service and product knowledge while building and maintaining client relationships. The role supports sales in store and online, provides beauty consultations, and maintains compelling merchandise presentation.
Responsibilities- Create a seamless and engaging in-store experience and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
- Provide makeup application lessons, skin care consultations, treatments, and trend advice.
- Participate in merchandising and operational requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous selling experience required, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and other technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
