We are seeking a driven and motivated Farmers
Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing Farmers Insurance agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning new skills, and working in a team-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll prospect for new business, work with warm leads, educate customers on coverage options, prepare quotes, and help clients protect their families and assets all while enjoying scenic views of the Bay directly from the office.

• Competitive base salary based on experience, with expected first-year income of $85,000 - $95,000+

• Prospect and network to generate new business opportunities
• Quote and present insurance solutions to prospective clients
• Build strong customer relationships through consultative sales
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options

• Support team initiatives and contribute to overall agency growth

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Property & Casualty license is required, Life & Health licenses a bonus but not required!
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Comfortable prospecting and building relationships
