As a Security Officer - Mall Patrol Associate, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as retail/malls. Your role will involve patrolling assigned areas by vehicle, responding to incidents, conducting regular patrols, observing and reporting suspicious behavior, assisting visitors, collaborating with law enforcement, and maintaining knowledge of current security procedures.

• Provide customer service by following site-specific policies and responding to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual circumstances.
• Assist visitors and tenants with directions and inquiries courteously.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
• Document and report all incidents, accidents, or maintenance concerns per company and client protocols.
• Remain alert to deter unauthorized access or activities.
• Participate in site-specific training and maintain current knowledge of security procedures.

• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Minimum age of 18 for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Consideration of qualified applicants with criminal histories per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local regulations.
