We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a growing engineering organization focused on developing next-generation applications, data solutions, integrations, and automation platforms.

This team values innovation, ownership, continuous learning, and delivery. You'll work alongside highly skilled engineers building cloud-native solutions that drive critical business transformation initiatives.
** What You'll Do
*** Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and services.
* Build scalable APIs, integrations, and automation solutions.
* Develop full stack applications with a primary focus on backend engineering.
* Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment.
* Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
* Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into working solutions.
* Contribute to cloud architecture, software design, and engineering best practices.
* Work independently to deliver high-quality solutions from concept through implementation.
* Help drive innovation through experimentation with emerging technologies and AI-enabled development tools.
** Required Qualifications
*** 5+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, and architecture/design.
* 2+ years of cloud and automation experience.
* Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, preferably in serverless environments.
* Strong Python development experience.
* Experience with React development.
* Experience building and consuming APIs and integrating distributed systems.
* Experience developing cloud-based applications, data integrations, and automation solutions.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
* Experience working with relational and No

SQL databases.
* Experience working within Agile software development teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Life insurance or annuity industry experience.
* Experience with C# development.
* Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude, or AWS Bedrock.
* Experience mentoring junior engineers.
