Key responsibilities
As Assistant manager, you'll be central to the success of a busy, high-profile site, including:
Supporting the day-to-day running of a large seasonal operation
Leading and motivating teams in a venue delivering up to 600 covers per service during the peak summer season
Driving exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Managing staff training, rotas, and performance
Maintaining high standards across food and beverage delivery
Ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
What we're looking for
This role would suit a confident hospitality Manager who brings:
Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest experience
Proven experience in busy, high-volume hospitality operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Solid food and beverage knowledge
