    • Duties include maintaining the daily schedule, checking in / out patients, handling incoming phone calls, as well as other various front desk duties
    • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer phone calls
    • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
    • Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
    • Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, referrals and faxes
    • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized

      We are a busy practice looking for an experienced scheduling coordinator who is capable of multi-tasking and has excellent verbal and communication skills. Duties include maintaining the daily schedule, checking in / out patients, handling incoming phone calls, as well as other various front desk duties. Dental front office experience required. Experience with Dentrix is a plus! We look forward to hearing from you!

      Responsibilities :

    • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer phone calls
    • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
    • Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
    • Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, referrals and faxes
    • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
    • Preferred, but not required :

    • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
    • Experience with dental scheduling software such as Dentrix
    • Previous experience in a dental / medical office setting preferred
    • Strong administrative skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
