We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Clinical Administrative Coordinator to join our team! This full-time, onsite position is essential in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of clinical and administrative documentation for providers who serve individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The position involves weekly travel between our Chesapeake and Newport News offices, as well as travel to provider locations from Richmond through Virginia Beach for chart audits.
Daily travel is required, but no overnight stays are necessary.
- Conduct audits of individual charts at provider locations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Gather, complete, print, and organize required paperwork for filing during audits.
- Deliver paperwork between business offices in Chesapeake and Newport News.
- Manage administrative tasks including:
- Answering and routing emails.
- Uploading Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and clinical documentation into the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Completing and maintaining clinical paperwork in accordance with state and organizational standards.
- Provide administrative and compliance support to providers as needed.
- Small business setting with a collaborative and supportive culture.
- Work closely with providers who support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
- Full-time, salaried position requiring onsite presence.
- Weekly regional travel between offices and provider locations (Richmond–Virginia Beach area).
- No overnight travel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with EHR systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation for daily regional travel.
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, compliance, or disability services preferred but not required.
