Senior Business Analyst - Various Locations. Spectrum is currently hiring for a Senior Business Analyst to support our ongoing mission with the Air Force Research, Development, Acquisition and Program Sustainment activities. This position can be worked remotely due to the pandemic, but will be Headquartered at the Pentagon.

• Provide SAF/AQX information on key AF contractors and performance of AF contracts by using a data warehouse that integrates information from multiple sources in the public domain and AF FOUO information.
• Use data warehouse to design reports and charts addressing various SAF/AQX questions on (i.e.), funding given to specific AF contractors, AF program performance both financially and on prime contractors and other ad hoc questions as requested.
• Maintain current information in the data warehouse through monthly updates.
• Design, create concept of operations documents and test data warehouse upgrades to meet the evolving needs of SAF/AQX.
• Use data warehouse to create user-requested reports to support information needs of SAF/AQX.
• Interface with team members and client leadership to accomplish priority activities.
• Draft, review, coordinate, and process program acquisition information suitable for public release to industry and other program stakeholders.
• Provide training to OSD and AF Senior Leadership on current Industrial Base trends and supply training materials that allow the assessment of viability/health, evolving-drivers of corporate behaviors, and emerging-patters in individual and peer competitor companies.

• Current active Secret Security clearance
• BA/BS degree
• 10 years’ experience, including experience supporting DoD Acquisition Community
