- Supervise, assign, coordinate and evaluate semi‑skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience and job knowledge.
- Train employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed.
- Recommend training to enhance skill and productivity of employees and assist in development of training procedures.
- Break broad strategies down to practical action plans and ensure employees are trained to execute these plans.
- Ensure compliance with all technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings, procedures, etc.
- Oversee manufacturing, installation, operation, testing and process operations with a significant financial impact on the company’s performance.
- Supervise qualified trades staff; monitor job and budget performance for all shifts.
- BS/Apprentice or High School diploma plus 6 years of related trade experience.
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus for new Foreman hires.
