This role involves providing customer service and billing support for surgery product usage, building relationships with hospital billing specialists, and assisting sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP or Sales Force is highly desired.
