TPMG Behavioral Health is a busy, established outpatient office seeking to grow our clinical team. We are looking for a full‑time BC/BE adult outpatient Psychiatrist to join an expanding team. Our providers help manage psychological and physical symptoms to improve patients’ quality of life. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be a team player with expertise in medication management and therapeutic rapport building.

The candidate should be comfortable treating a general adult/geriatric population with mental, emotional and behavioral disorders, evaluating patients to determine current mental status, medication needs and implementing an appropriate treatment plan. On‑call is quarterly, low volume and telephone only.

• Graduation from an accredited medical school or DO school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• One or more years of Psychiatry experience preferred
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain), licensed to practice in Virginia, and current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to see 15‑18 patients per day (or more based on efficiency)
• VA license
• COVID‑19 vaccination required
