*** Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a Labor Pool Hospitalist physician to join our team at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia.

** Hospitalist**, where you’ll play a vital role in managing and coordinating care for hospitalized patients.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients
* Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
* Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and support staff for integrated care
* Monitor patient progress, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatment plans
* Communicate clearly with patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
* Facilitate safe and effective discharge planning and transitions of care
** What We’re Looking For
*** Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
* Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Experience in hospital settings and familiarity with inpatient protocols
* Commitment to patient advocacy and continuous quality improvement

Education

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Certification(s) and License(s)
