Oyster Point Oral and Facial Surgery is looking for a skilled and eager Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join their practice, starting immediately, with board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons Dr. Ray Lee and Dr. Tyler Hill. The right surgeon will have the opportunity to build upon Dr. Lee’s reputation and referral streams in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Compensation: A competitive base salary, production bonus, and additional incentives will be negotiated, with an opportunity to purchase equity in US Oral Surgery Management. US Oral Surgery Management does not impose production quotas and provides the support to succeed while allowing you to practice with minimal administrative burden.

The practice offers a strong foundation in bread-and-butter procedures, with an extensive and consistent stream of all-on-fours and some orthognathics. Hospital call rotation is available for surgeons interested in hospital-based experience, which also serves as a great way to network in the community.
