Monday-Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM; 1 week on, 1 week off

Collaborative care team model with opportunities for leadership and professional development.

• Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department
• Medical management of patients under anesthesia during surgery and other procedures
• Pre-anesthesia assessment
• Obtain and/or verify patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor patient physiological condition
• Perform clinical interventions as needed

• M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited medical college
• ECFMG and FLEX
• Completion of an approved residency in anesthesia
• Currently licensed as a physician
