Adjunct Faculty Member – College of Arts & Humanities / Music, Theatre, and Dance
The Department of Music, Theatre, and Dance at Christopher Newport University (CNU) invites applications from prospective adjunct faculty members to teach individual courses, as needed, for the upcoming Fall and Spring semesters and beyond in applied music, dance instruction, and theatre performance.
Applicants must hold an earned graduate or terminal degree from a regionally accredited university in a relevant discipline, with 18 completed semester hours of related graduate coursework. Official transcripts will be required at the time of hire.

The Department has 22 faculty and 150+ majors. It is housed in the Ferguson Center for the Arts and offers a comprehensive array of major concentrations under both the BM and BA degrees. Learn more at and .
