Pyramid Healthcare is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a dedicated Part‑Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to become a vital part of our inpatient team in Newport News, VA. In this rewarding role, you will focus on providing direct care to adults battling Substance Use Disorders, collaborating with a passionate team of healthcare providers to ensure clients receive comprehensive care and support.

• Provide direct care to clients with Substance Use Disorders.
• Consult with primary healthcare providers to meet the physical healthcare needs of clients.
• Coordinate with medical staff from state and inpatient facilities to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning and evaluation.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care and progress.

• Active medical license as a Nurse Practitioner in Virginia.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a substance use disorder treatment setting.
• Direct clinical training and work experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and client-focused care.
