Seeking a highly skilled AI Product Owner to lead the design, delivery, and adoption of AI-driven copilots and digital products that deliver measurable value in complex manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, product management expertise, and hands‑on experience with AI platforms and decision sciences.

• Ensure copilots are high-value, well‑executed, and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive high adoption rates and ROI across digital product initiatives.
• Lead digital product management for AI and analytics-based solutions.
• Apply decision analysis, value quantification and theory of constraints to optimize outcomes.
• Manage low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing initiatives.
• Champion Agile methodologies and best practices throughout project life cycles.
• Serve as Product Owner for complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (defense compliance requirement).
• Must be onsite two days per week.
• Proven experience in digital product management and AI solution delivery.

• AI Platforms (including AWS Bedrock)
• Cloud computing and data management (AWS or similar)
• Generative AI and applied artificial intelligence
• Data governance and decision science frameworks
• Software development and product lifecycle management

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.34/hour - $73.96/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
