The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Computer Equipment Support Operations II to support our government customer.

• The individual will provide desktop support services, respond to, and resolve service requests.
• Enter tasks into the Remedy action request system to create tickets describing the work to be performed.
• Operate the Service Desk with Tier II systems support, providing on‑site services for walk‑in inquiries.
• Manage accounts on the Remedy action request system, input all relevant work request data, and coordinate with the customer to resolve requested work.
• Provide problem‑resolution services in equipment maintenance, software and network infrastructure, including remote access for hardware and software installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, system configuration, and database design and maintenance.
• Perform analytical, evaluation, management, and maintenance duties related to local network system components, software, peripherals, and functionality of automated data processing and communications equipment.
• Provide and implement solutions to reported and discerned problems on this and related equipment/networks.
• Perform network management responsibilities, including on‑site monitoring of systems workload, hardware component installation, configuration and operation.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• IAT‑II certification (e.g., CCNA Security; CySA+; GICSP; GSEC; Security+; CE; CND; or SSCP) as specified in AR 25‑2.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related field.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have an active Secret security clearance.
