This position is responsible for completing RMA (Returned Material Authorization) receiving, including warranty and credit RMA’s. Assists the customers as required to complete all requests, orders, and questions in a timely and efficient manner.

$19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

• Create RMA’s into the Salesforce/ Rootstock data system
• Send customer’s RMA instructions
• Receive RMA’s into the Salesforce/ Rootstock system
• Process RMA Cases
• Warranty Policy Review for Charged and No Charge RMA orders
• Create quotes for Repairs
• Create quotes for orders
• Contact customers for PO’s and other information needed for RMA processing
• Create Shipping Return Labels
• Enter RMA orders
• Assist with RMA inventory
• Document instructions for performing the above mentioned duties

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and move boxes or materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible in a fast‑paced environment.
• Well‑organized structured approach to managing, prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks.
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams knowledge
• Operation of basic measuring devices.
