• Strategic Program Leadership
  • Own the Roadmap
    :
    Translate high‑level digital goals into actionable plans using Agile methodologies
  • Drive Alignment
    :
    Orchestrate three distinct pods (App Development, Cybersecurity, Machine Connectivity) to ensure they are moving in sync
  • Measure Success
    :
    Define and track KPIs/delivery metrics to prove value to the client
• Client Relationship Management
  • The "Face" of the Program
    :
    Serve as the single point of contact for client's executives
  • Politics & Navigation
    :
    Manage stakeholder expectations, navigate complex enterprise politics, and secure buy‑in for key decisions
  • Transparency
    :
    Provide clear, high‑level status reporting on risks, issues, and milestones
• Agile Governance
  • Rigorous Execution
    :
    Oversee the hierarchy of Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
  • Cadence
    :
    Enforce Agile ceremonies (Stand‑ups, Planning, Retros) to maintain velocity and quality

• Internal Status
  :
  Current Employee with a strong internal network
• Experience
  : 10+ years in Program Management, specifically within Industrial, Manufacturing, Energy, or Defense sectors
• The "Bilingual" Skillset
  :
  Ability to speak "Executive Strategy" to leadership and "Technical Detail" to engineers
• OT/IoT Fluency
  :
  Deep understanding of Operational Technology. You don't need to code, but you must understand machine control systems, SCADA, and industrial networking
• Agile Mastery
  :
  Proven experience managing complex work breakdowns in Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
