Salary $61,036 to $76,295, Commensurate with Education and Experience

Job Description:Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma.
- Significant experience in help desk, desktop support, or a similar customer-facing technical support role.
- Experience administering user accounts, groups, or permissions in a directory service or cloud identity platform.
- Experience using a ticketing system to track and resolve support requests.
- Experience working in teams and/or group settings.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- One or more of the following relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified:
Fundamentals or Administrator, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300), or Google Workspace Administrator.
- Experience administering Microsoft Entra , Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Power Shell, Python, or API-based tools).
- Experience performing access reviews or supporting IT audit and/or compliance activities.
- Experience with security standards and frameworks, such as the Commonwealth of Virginia Information Security Standard (SEC 530) or CIS Benchmarks.
- Experience with single sign-on application integrations.
- Experience in a higher education or academic environment.
