Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, press brakes, punch presses, lasers, welders, and material-handling systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions
• Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, potential failures, and safety concerns
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and parts usage documentation
• Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new machinery and equipment
• Support facility maintenance tasks, including lighting, plumbing, and general building upkeep
• Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Industrial or Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment diagrams
• Experience with CNC machinery maintenance is highly preferred
• Ability to lift and move materials within company-specified safety limits
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to support overtime or off-shift work as needed for repairs or production demands
