Position:
Full‑time Production Supervisor
- Supervise, assign, coordinate, and evaluate semi‑skilled and skilled trade personnel based on skill, experience, and job knowledge.
- Train employees to improve the quality and quantity of work performed.
- Recommend training programs to enhance employee skill and productivity and assist in developing training procedures.
- Translate broad strategies into actionable plans and ensure staff are trained to execute them.
- Ensure compliance with all technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings, procedures, and specifications.
- Oversee manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that have a significant financial impact on the company.
- Monitor job and budget performance for all shifts.
- BS or Apprenticeship + 4 years production supervisory experience, or
- Non‑BS/Non‑Apprentice with 6 years combined production supervisory experience and/or CS experience. \ul>
