Position Overview
The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing the firm’s marketing strategy, with a primary focus on social media content creation and management. This role will also support email marketing, sponsorship activation, media coordination, and production-related tasks materialis. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while collaborating closely with the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and maintain the firm’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars
- Develop original content, including short‑form videos/reels, graphics, and captions
- Monitor engagement and assist with responding to messages and comments
Sponsorship & Community Activation
- Help leverage firm sponsor ships and community partnerships through social content and placement promotion
- Assist with on‑site content capture at sponsored events when appropriate
- Coordinate with internal teams to maximise visibility and engagement
Email Marketing & Communications
- Assist with drafting, scheduling, and sending email marketing campaigns
- Support firm announcements, sponsorship messaging, and promotional communications
Marketing Support
- Assist with coordination and correspondence with media partners
- Support production efforts for commercials, digital ads, and social‑first content
- Help organise marketing assets, timelines, and deliverables
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
- Experience creating short‑form video content and basic graphic design
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Self‑starter who is able to carry out job duties with minimal oversight
- Experience in professional services, legal, or agency environments is a plus
- Marketing or related degree preferred
