** Overview
* * The Clinical Services Home Health and Hospice Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet clinical needs and ensure high-quality, efficient care delivery. This role leads a multidisciplinary team, supports clinical staff and physicians, and makes administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership. The Clinical Supervisor also contributes to program development, policy compliance, and staff retention strategies, while promoting exceptional customer service across all areas of responsibility.
** Description
* * Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, and the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in administrative decision-making, staff development, and program implementation, while also supporting talent retention and customer service excellence.
