* What You’ll Do:

*** Lead and inspire a team of nursing professionals, ensuring high-quality care and compassionate service across the unit.
* Build a winning team culture, improving staff retention
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments—rehab, social services, activities, dietary, pharmacy, and consulting physicians—to maintain personalized care plans for each resident.
* Promote safety and policy compliance, proactively managing risk and supporting a culture of accountability.
* Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and performance, fostering professional growth and team morale.
* Monitor and drive quality assurance initiatives that continuously improve resident care and operational excellence.
* Provide direct nursing support, including medication administration, as needed.
** What You’ll Bring:**

* Education:

** Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
* *
* Experience:

**  + Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Required)  + At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (Preferred)
* ** Licenses &

Certifications:

**  + Active RN license with the Virginia Department of Health Professions (Required)  + BLS/CPR Certification via American Heart Association (Required within 30 days of hire)
