Critical Care Float Pool RN – Night 3×12-Hour (19:00–07:00) Unit:
Critical Care Float Pool – SICU, MICU, CCU, OICU 3 × 18-bed ICUs + 1 × 6-bed Oncology ICU at RRMC SICU:
Trauma, surgical complications, neuro, TNK, open-heart surgery MICU:
Critically ill with complex medical comorbidities CCU:
Post-cardiac procedure patients needing monitoring Oncology ICU:
Critically ill oncology patients, including chemo inductions All ICUs care for DKA, ETOH withdrawal, and other high-acuity patients Shift /
Hours:
Night 3×12 hours, 19:00–07:00 Schedule Requirements:
Every other weekend (Sat–Sun) May include holidays if they occur during assignment Flexibility preferred for unit coverage Experience /
Skills:
Critical care experience required; must be comfortable floating across multiple ICU specialties
