VHS Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available. Same Day Pay!

• Patient care in accordance with nursing practice standards and written plan of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan.
• Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Virginia.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
