Job Description
Signature Nursing at Home is looking for a LPN to work 11pm - 7am, and PRN for private duty. The LPN will be responsible for providing one on one patient care, following the care plan, administering medications, providing documentation, communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals and family involved in care, assessing and charting vital signs as well as patient condition, and providing wound care.
