As a Residential Property Manager at Century 21 Nachman Realty, LLC, you will oversee and manage residential rental properties to ensure tenant satisfaction and efficient operations. Daily responsibilities include adding new properties to our portfolio, coordinating lease agreements, addressing tenant inquiries, supervising property maintenance and repairs, managing lease administration, and ensuring properties comply with applicable regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Williamsburg, VA.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and contractors
• Experience and knowledge in Property Management and Lease Administration for the effective operation of rental properties
• Proficiency in working with Leases and related property rental agreements
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency with relevant property management software and technology
• Prior experience in residential property management or a similar role is advantageous
