Job Overview

T‑Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate at GP Mobile. This role is a Retail Sales Representative (RSR) within a fast‑paced retail environment, building customer relationships, selling devices and services, and delivering a world‑class experience. The position offers full‑time and part‑time opportunities with competitive pay and benefits.

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, unlimited plans, and the T‑Mobile experience.
• Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, processes, and system knowledge.
• Consistently seek information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and hand off small business leads and support team initiatives.

• Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun.
• Fast‑paced sales drive and proven ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas.
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
