As a Sales Representative at Pure Barre Newport News, you'll be on the front lines of our growing fitness community. Your mission is to drive membership sales
, create lasting connections with potential clients, and deliver exceptional customer service
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-first, goal-driven environment and wants to make fitness fun and accessible for all.

• Drive new membership sales through lead generation, follow-up, and conversion
• Give studio tours and connect with prospects by understanding their individual goals
• Maintain a consistent level of personal sales production
• Promote the studio as a hub for health, wellness, and community
• Educate members on classes, retail products, and membership options
• Schedule and manage high-quality sales appointments
• Represent Pure Barre at local events (grand openings, health fairs, races, etc.)
• Continuously develop your sales and customer service skills
• Handle accurate payment transactions
• Engage in ongoing prospect follow-up and communication
• Contribute to social media content (e.g.,
  photos and engagement
  )
• Assist with studio cleaning and retail upkeep in accordance with health protocols
• Participate in training and team development sessions
• Perform other duties as needed to support the studio team

• Proven sales, communication, and customer service skills
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others
• Ability to build relationships and convert interest into action
• Highly goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn Club Ready or similar CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Authorized to work in the United States
