Security​/Emergency Communication Technician - 3rd Shift

Under direct supervision, performs assigned tasks following detailed instructions, policies, and procedures. Protects organizational assets by maintaining and safeguarding the physical perimeter of the facility. Provides security by monitoring building automation, electronic surveillance systems, and other monitoring devices. Operates security consoles for systems including security, fire, access control, HVAC, and executive support. Responds and coordinates appropriate actions based on system indications or events.

Acts as the first point of contact for off-site facilities, medical services, computer centers, media inquiries, and consumer hotlines. Uses the security management system to enter and retrieve data. Assists in the operation of shift activities and maintains accurate logs of events.

• High School diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required.

Active Secret Clearance is required. Candidates without current clearance are eligible to apply but must obtain clearance upon hire.

• High urgency and responsiveness for emergency services.
• Prior emergency services experience (Military, Law Enforcement, Emergency Dispatch) preferred.
• Ability to multitask and excellent listening skills are essential.

Punctuality, strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and proficient typing/computer skills.
