Southeast Virginia’s premier commercial project company – Service Master Commercial Services – is hiring Project Technicians for our growing project division. No experience is required; you’ll receive full training.

A Project Technician works in small groups to clean and refinish all types of floors. Company vehicles are used for transportation to project sites, so a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

• Clean and refinish carpets, tile, and vinyl floors using the company’s approved tools and processes.
• Operate floor‑care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Climb stairs, stand for long periods, and bend regularly during work.
• Lift up to 75 pounds unassisted on a regular basis.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, operate equipment, and stand/bend for extended periods.
• Willingness to complete company training.

Full‑time teams operate Monday–Friday from either 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m. Seasonal schedules can be accommodated. Wage: $16–$18 per hour.
