Skilled Facilities Tech _ Project Crew

Position Opening:
Floor Technician – Project Services Team

Full-Time | 1st or 2nd Shift | $16–$17/hr | Based in Newport News, VA

As a Floor Tech, you’ll work with a small mobile crew based out of Newport News. You’ll use floor machines, scrubbers, and other equipment to clean, strip, wax, and restore commercial flooring. We’ll provide the van, the tools, the uniforms, and the training — you bring the work ethic and team spirit.

• 1st Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Choose your shift when applying — no rotating schedules!!)

$16.00–$17.00/hour | Paid weekly

Valid driver’s license required.

• Stripping, waxing, and restoring commercial floors
• Cleaning tile, carpet, and concrete with equipment
  
  Loading materials and traveling as a crew
• Performing seasonal services like soft washing or window cleaning (day shift only)
• Following all safety procedures and care guidelines
