What You'll Do

Complete apartment and commercial renovation projects
Perform carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, trim work, and general construction
Estimate project timelines and manage daily work
Maintain high-quality workmanship and job site safety
Work independently while coordinating with onsite teams

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, and/or carpentry
Hands-on experience with large-scale carpentry and renovation projects, such as rebuilding decks, fences, and other structural or exterior projects, as well as smaller-scale construction and renovation work
Strong knowledge of applicable building codes, construction standards, and proper building practices
Ability to work independently
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
