Job Role of the Maintenance Team Leader A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader to join a state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing site. You will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers whilst remaining hands on with electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, PPMs and breakdowns. You will lead from the front, supporting the engineering team, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring maximum machinery uptime and efficiency.

Sector – Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Team Leader Maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory. Previous experience leading, supervising or managing a team of maintenance engineers. Engineering Qualification Requirements for the Maintenance Team Leader Must be Apprentice Trained Recognised engineering qualification. Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Experience managing or leading a maintenance/engineering team. Strong hands on maintenance and fault-finding experience. Willingness to remain hands on and support the engineering team with maintenance activities.

Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Team Leader Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Team Leader in the UK. Apprentice Trained

Experience with in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
