Senior Contracts Manager – Structural Steelwork Industry: Structural Steel / Construction / Engineering
Role Overview- Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, design coordination, fabrication, installation and commercial delivery
- Oversee multiple steelwork projects simultaneously
- Monitor programmes, ensuring deadlines, quality and commercial targets are met
- Lead client, subcontractor and internal team communication
- Provide strong commercial and contractual oversight
- Remote‑based with 1 office day per week plus site and client visits as required
- Proven experience delivering 500+ tonne structural steel projects
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Solid working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple live projects
- Degree in Construction Management (or equivalent)
- IOSH
- CSCS Black Managers Card
- Appointed Person (AP)
