The Role As the Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of aconstruction project, leading the project from site through to completion. This is a predominantly site-based position in Kent, with occasional visits to the company's office.
Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of a construction project from start to completion. Ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and the wider project team. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders. Monitor project progress, programme and commercial performance. Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and company procedures.
Drive programme, quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Requirements To be considered, you must have:
Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager within the UK construction industry . A proven track record of delivering construction projects valued up to £15 million . Strong knowledge of construction project delivery from pre-construction through to handover. Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills.
