Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director with a strong Quantity Surveying background to lead the commercial delivery of complex MEP-focused projects across a diverse portfolio including Data Centres, Stadia, Hotels, Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Mixed-Use developments.
The successful candidate will provide strategic commercial leadership throughout the project lifecycle, managing client relationships, leading project teams, and ensuring successful delivery of cost management services. This role requires extensive experience administering projects under both NEC and JCT contracts, with a proven track record on large-scale, technically complex developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial and cost management delivery of major construction projects.
- Provide strategic advice on procurement, contract strategy and commercial risk.
- Oversee project budgets, cost planning, change management and financial reporting.
- Ensure commissions are delivered profitably and to the highest professional standards.
Essential Experience
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
- Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveying experience
- MRICS or equivalent professional qualification.
- Significant experience delivering major construction projects with high-value MEP packages.
- Proven track record in a consultancy or client-side environment.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of NEC and JCT contracts.
- Expertise in cost planning, procurement, contract administration and final accounts.
