Penguin Recruitment is seeking a dual Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Newport and the South Wales region. This genuine mixed role balances surveying and analytical duties on commercial and mixed-use sites.
You will deliver management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys under HSG
264, conduct air monitoring, four-stage clearance, and reporting, ensuring compliance with asbestos legislation and UKAS procedures.
